Bravo's Top Chef Season 13 winner and 2022 Best Chef: South semifinalist Jeremy Ford has gained a national following for his elevated yet accessible approach to Mediterranean cuisine. His adeptness and craft with Florida ingredients—like Key West Shrimp and Florida Stone Crab—is something to savor. For one special evening, guests can sample his refined cooking with an exclusive taste of the best of his Palm Beach Gardens restaurant, the Butcher’s Club.

About Jeremy Ford:  
Known nationwide for his win on Bravo's Top Chef Season 13, Jeremy Ford partnered with Grove Bay Hospitality Group, a Miami-based restaurant group, to open his first restaurant, Stubborn Seed, in Miami Beach in 2017, where he is currently the executive chef and partner. Ford has received rave reviews from numerous local and national publications, including being named one of America’s 10 Best New Restaurants by Robb Report in 2018 and garnering the first four-star review in over two years by the Miami Herald. Ford was also named Eater Miami’s 2018 Chef of the Year and Stubborn Seed continues to be featured as one of the best restaurants in Miami.

In 2022, Ford garnered his first semifinalist nomination for the coveted James Beard Awards in the category of Best Chef: South. In June 2022, the Michelin Guide announced its first stars in Florida and Ford earned one-star for his South of Fifth neighborhood restaurant Stubborn Seed.

Ford recently starred alongside his friends and fellow chefs Justin Sutherland and Kristen Kish in a new food show called Fast Foodies. In late 2021, Ford also opened The Butcher’s Club at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens. Ford most recently opened Beauty & The Butcher.


Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.

James Beard Foundation events permit guests age 21 years and older to attend events where alcoholic beverages are served.
