June 14, 6:30 P.M. Demo and Dine: Lebanese Dips, Drinks, and More with Edy Massih of Edy’s Grocer

June 14, 2024 06:30 PM

Celebrating the Launch of Edy’s Cookbook, Keep it Zesty

25 11th Ave, New York, NY 10011, USA

Born in a small fishing village in Lebanon, Edy Massih is the beloved chef and owner of Edy’s Grocer in Brooklyn, New York. His first cookbook, Keep it Zesty, is an homage to the food he grew up cooking and eating alongside his grandmothers. Just like Edy’s Grocer, Keep it Zesty showcases the sunny flavors of Lebanon with Edy’s signature modern twists.
In celebration of the publication of Keep it Zesty, Edy will be at Platform sharing some of his favorite dishes from the book. Attendees will learn how to assemble one of Edy’s famously colorful Brown Paper Boards—the ultimate rainbow-colored mezze and charcuterie board of your dreams—dine on an assortment of bites and dips, and sip Lebanese lemonade cocktails.
Copies of Keep it Zesty: A Celebration of Lebanese Flavors & Culture by Edy Massih are available for purchase and signing with tickets or at the event from our partners at Kitchen Arts & Letters.

General Admission: $85| $120 with a copy of Keep it Zesty by Edy Massih
