Join mixologist Oscar Valle from Mexico City’s lauded Licorería Limantour, named No. 4 on the World’s 50 Best Bar list. During this seminar on the growth and transformation of agave spirits, you’ll explore Mexican mixology from Pre-Hispanic times through the present day—from pulque to mezcal and tequila. Participants will have the opportunity to sample cocktails including Licorería Limantour’s Margarita al Pastor and the Batanga from La Capilla in Guadalajara. After the cocktails, guests will also experience a flight tasting of Mijenta tequilas.
