The European Périgord black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) has been one of the most delicate and sought-after gastronomic products since ancient Roman times. The significant fungi and prized ingredient will be the star subject of this in-depth class.
Join experts from the European Mycological Institute for this master class conducted by renowned scientists, truffle growers, Michelin-starred chefs, and industry experts from the truffle-producing provinces of Teruel and Soria (Spain) and Occitanie (France). During the two-hour seminar, guests will be guided through the intricacies of selecting, preserving, and utilizing truffles in the kitchen. The course concludes with a professional black truffle tasting paired with four stellar wines from the golden mile of Valladolid (Spain). 

All attendees will receive a complimentary apron, a certificate of attendance, and a genuine, fresh black truffle!

Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund.
